When she was given the task to redesign the experience for GrabFood driver, within a short period of time, she went extra mile by joining the conversation in several drivers groups, talked to some of them, analysed the feedback on multiple social media channels, and came up with a decent solution through a structured design sprint process. She also has the confidence when I asked her to do user research in multiple countries across Southeast Asia, and brought back useful insights that helped to shape product direction.
